ALDNOAH.ZERO S2 – 7/10
This series was really entertaining to watch with all of the plot twists and whatnot, but damn if that wasn’t one of the most uninspiring endings ever. Did the staff seriously look at that and think “yeah, that’s a great way to end it”? It was actually worse than generic o_O
Cinderella Girls (1st cour) – 7.5/10
Lots of fun moments even though most of the cast annoys me. I’m kind of sad that it’s not as “heavy” as the original imas was, but I guess the theme is supposed to be more fairytale-like anyway. Durarara!! x2 – 7/10
I didn’t remember anything that happened in the first season, but it was still pretty entertaining nonetheless. That ending though……
HappinessCharge Precure! – 6/10
It started off kind of disappointing with the CG (I miss Dokidoki’s CG) but I did like how the story ended up. Also love Nakamegu and Tomatsu <3 And the innocent song was nice too. Iona (Cure Fortune) > Maria (Cure Tender) > Hime (Cure Princess) > Megumi (Cure Lovely) > Yuuko (Cure Honey) > Mirage
Kancolle – 6/10
This was basically just fanservice for the people who play the game w… so much overuse of character quotes. Still had some fun times though. Some of the voice acting felt weak compared to the game though… and other characters were more annoying than I recalled, so that was disappointing. The chara ranking is going to be way too long so I’ll just limit it to the top 10… Rensouhous > Shimakaze > Kongou > Zuikaku > Hibiki > Akatsuki > Naka > Yuudachi > Nagato > Kaga
Koufuku Graffiti – 5/10
The food was pretty but that’s really all I can say. Didn’t care for any of the characters.
Log Horizon S2 – 6.5/10
Wasn’t really as interesting as the first season… animation quality suffered too from the change in studio.
Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata. – 7.5/10
This was pretty good. Utaha is a goddess. Utaha > Eriri > Izumi > Megumi > Michiru
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso – 7/10
Started off pretty nice but my interest steadily declined as the series went on… in the end it just felt like it was missing a certain type of depth. I think it really could have been done better. Emi > Kaori = Tsubaki > Nagi
SHIROBAKO – 8/10
This was surprisingly good. The end was pretty cheesy but there were lots of warm fuzzy moments, especially with Zuka-chan ;_; Also a strong cast. Everyone was pretty great except the super shy girl. Ema = Myamori = Zuka-chan = Yano > Rii-chan = Ogasawara > Segawa > Mii-chan > Andou > Iguchi > Okitsu > Kunogi
Wake Up, Girl ZOO! – 6/10
Cute little shorts but no substance (not that I expected any). Still decently funny though, and the theme song is really cute (but it’s WUG so of course). Miyu > Yoppi > Mayushi > Minyami > Kaya-tan > Nanamin > Airi
